We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual where it is clinically or legally appropriate to do so. Providing false or misleading information in your consultation is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following clinical review of your submitted information. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.
Our pharmacist retains the right to decline to dispense any prescription where clinical or safety concerns arise. You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or health status before placing further orders.
Prescription medications supplied by us are intended solely for the named patient and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the medication prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with UK consumer law, prescription-only medicines are exempt from standard distance selling cancellation rights once dispensed. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis where a dispensing error has occurred on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe there has been an error.
